Controversial Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Ampaw has said the mother of Theophilus Tagoe who is known as Castro is leaving in abject poverty sometimes what to eat becomes a problem.
The lawyer made this allegation on ONUA FM in Accra in an interview where he claims the friends of Castro have deserted his mom after he allegedly got drowned in Ada when they went cruising on a boat ski.
The "SEIHOR" hitmaker and  former Black Stars skipper Baby Jet Asamoah Gyan and a friend Janet Bandu went for boat cruising at Ada but the unfortunate happened when Castro and Bandu did not return after going for a ride on a boat.
Many Ghanaians were calling for the prosecution of Asamoah Gyan (Baby Jet) of which Lawyer Maurice Ampaw was a serious advocate.

Many Ghanaians are still believing Castro is alive and will one day return with their hopes fuelled by some Ghanaian pastors claiming he will soon return but he is scared of prosecution after realizing the death of Janet Bandu.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw thinks the friends of Castro have not treated the mother of Castro well, particularly Asamoah Gyan leaving the woman to struggle sometimes not finding food to eat.
_For six years none of the people who went with Castro have made any attempt to visit Castro’s mum to give her some money._
